We are recruiting for the following positions for a large multi-national
Petrochemical Project in the Oil & Gas Industry in Saudi Arabia.
All positions are very specific,

1. Operators in LAO plants. - ref. LAO 1
Experience in operating within Linear Alfa Olefins
plants.
2. Maintenance Manager - ref. MM1
• Knowledge repair and maintenance
of rotary and stationary equipments, distribution of low and high
voltage electrical systems, distributed control systems and field
instrumentation, spare parts definition.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs,
uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of metallurgy and inspection procedures due to
international standards including RBI .
• Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work.
• Analyze and establish maintenance strategy to define the
correct balance between preventive / predictive shutdown maintenance
on the base of risk management.
• Establish and actively follow up the preparation of all
plant procedures
• Support and guide Maintenance engineer
• Conducting tests and inspections of products, services,
or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
• Establishing a long term objective and specifying the strategies
and actions to achieve them.
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or
relevant.
• 20 years experience within the refinery/petrochemical plants
with at least 10-14 years in Supervisory position in maintenance
disciplines.
3. Mechanical Supervisor - ref. MS1 Bachelor’s
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 14- 16 years of managerial
experience. Should be able to Supervise and follow up all mechanical
activities and facilities to ensure efficient and maximum out put
of plant operations. Identify and develop mechanical modifications
and implement systematic problem solving techniques to guarantee
the continuity of plant operation and productivity. Review and supervise
implementation of mechanical preventive and predictive maintenance
schedules in line with best practices to minimize mechanical breakdowns.
Finalize the lubricants and the organization of the lubrication
services in coordination with reliability. Assist the Maintenance
Manager in preparing the Maintenance Budget for Mechanical. Evaluate
the performance of his subordinates, and arrange for their development.
Good knowledge of SAP system.

4. INSTRUMENT/ANALYZER PLANNING ENGINEER - ref. IAPE1
No of positions required: 2
1. Degree in Instrument / Electronic Engineering
2. Minimum 10 years experience in the field of highly automated
field instruments (Both design and installations)
3. Very good knowledge on associated International Engineering codes
and Standards
4. Petrochemical, Refineries, Fertilizers plants with DCS/PLC preferred.
5. Very good knowledge on technical report writing techniques
5. STATIC EQUIPMENT INSPECTION ENGINEER - ref. SEIE1
No of positions required: 1
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years
experience in Columns, Pressure vessels, Fire Heaters, Heat exchangers,
piping, etc. Certified in N.D.T techniques. Oriented in ICCP/SA
.Critical & cathode protection systems, radiography, etc...
6. MECHANICAL ENGINEER - ref. ME1
No of positions required: 1
1. Minimum 10 years experience in Petrochemical, Fertilizers, or
Refineries.
2. Primavera Project Planning (P3)
3. Leadership, Communication and analytical skills are essential
4. Set up planning for projects; coding structure, presentation
formats & reporting formats.
5. Advise on planning strategy and prepare detailed plans and schedules
various projects.
6. Prepare detailed manpower plans for planning & scheduling
activities.
7. Supervise schedule analysis and study of problem areas to determine
criticality of schedule activities.
8. Recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project team
for discussion and/or decision.
9. Review methods relating to program sequence.
7. RELIABILITY ENGINEERS (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument)
- ref. RE1
1. Perform complex reliability engineering functions on complex
programs using advanced, innovative and original techniques and
principles.
2. Apply engineering skills to complete all reliability tasks, such
as stress analysis, worst case analysis, failure mode effects analysis
and electronics reliability, through accepted engineering techniques,
practices, and procedures.
3. Interface with program personnel, customers, suppliers and management.
4. Implement reliability requirements to cost and schedule constraints
while assuring technically proficient output.
Translate customer requirements into internal procedures through
the construction of a plan. Write and present reports and papers.
8. INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (Polypropylene) - ref. IE1
No of positions required: 1
1. Degree in Instrument / Electronic Engineering
2. Minimum 10 years experience in the field of highly automated
field instruments (Both design and installations)
3. Responsible to supervise and maintenance instruments used in
plant operations and acquisition and distribution of needed equipment
and supplies.
4. Assess instrument shop supply inventory to assure that parts
are available for needed repairs. Order parts as needed; review
paper and online catalogs to assure quality purchases at lowest
prices.
5. Train and supervise student workers for future instrument technicians.
6. Review work orders for repair of instruments and assign jobs
to student workers as needed. Establish priorities for repair and
maintenance services.
7. Authorize movement of equipment and instruments to other locations;
maintain inventory control and other records as necessary;
8. Maintain instrument locker assignments and locks; advising on
the purchase of instruments and equipment as requested.
9. Prepares project designs, cost estimates, specifications and
project schedules. Participates in writing requests for proposal
and contract specifications for design
10. Confers with management regarding physical facility project
requirements, including space criteria, cost estimates and related
matters.
11. Conducts feasibility and cost studies; develops engineering
solutions to problems related to Instruments.
12. Maintains liaison with various utility, governmental agency
and departmental staff; ensures that building codes are met in assigned
projects.
13. Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the unit's
service by offering suggestions and directing or participating as
an active member of a work team. Maintains accurate records and
prepares a variety of periodic and special reports.
14. Drives a personal motor vehicle in order to visit construction
sites.
TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
9. ENGINEERIGN SUPERVISOR - ref. ES1
No of positions required: 1
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical with minimum 10
– 15 years of work experience in Refinery or Petrochemical
industries. Responsibilities include managing a team of engineers
(5 to 10 direct reports) in the performance of their duties, planning
and implementing engineering activities and projects to achieve
goals and objectives to meet plant operation performance and production
targets within, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Candidate
will also lead team to perform studies and achieve continuous improvement
objectives. Must have working experience and very good knowledge
on associated International Engineering codes and Standards within
Petrochemical and/or Refinery industry. Must have excellent interpersonal
communication, organizational, and computer skills.
10. EDMS ENGINEER - ref. EE1
No of positions required: 1
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 7 – 10 years of work
experience in Refinery or Petrochemical industry including experience
on administration of engineering application software’s for
at least 5 years, sound knowledge and administration of EDMS software’s
and well experience on documentation is a must.
Oracle Database administration knowledge in order to manage intelligent
engineering software’s work as well as engineering data-flow
and programming knowledge in VB/PL-SQL to extract engineering reports
from Oracle database for in-house application development.
11. Mechanical Engineer (Piping) - ref. ME2
No of positions required: 1
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 10 years experience in the field of Piping and Static
Equipment.
3. Very good knowledge on metallurgy and design of plant piping
and static equipment,
4. Conversant ability on preparation of plant and equipment layout
packages, materials takeoff, selection of materials, etc
5. Stress analysis calculations
6. Technical support to plant personnel within his area of expertise
7. Very good knowledge on associated International Engineering codes
and Standards
8. Experience shall be on Petrochemical, Fertilizers, or Refineries.
9. Very good knowledge on technical report writing techniques
12. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (STATIC EQUIPMENT) - ref. MESE1
No of positions required: 1
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 10 years experience in the field of Static Equipment
design.
3. Very good knowledge on metallurgy and design of plant tatic equipment,
4. Conversant ability on preparation of plant and equipment layout
packages, materials takeoff, selection of materials, etc
5. Technical support to plant personnel within his area of expertise
6. Very good knowledge on associated International Engineering codes
and Standards
7. Experience shall be on Petrochemical, Fertilizers, or Refineries.
8. Very good knowledge on technical report writing techniques
13. ELECTRIC ENGINEER - ref. EE2
No of positions required: 1
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 10 years experience in the field of refinery or petrochemical
industry.
3. Lead field electrical works including equipment installations,
inspection, and start-ups.
4. Very Good knowledge on 3 phase power systems for industrial plants
including larger power transformers, MV/LV switchgears, motor control
centers, motors, substations, facility power distributions, component
selection, equipment layout, circuiting and wiring, installation
details and advanced automated controls.
5. Thorough understanding and application of NFPA 70 and 70E.
6. Very good knowledge on installation of conduit/duct bank/cable
tray/heat trace/lightning and protection systems , low and high
resistance grounding, and equipment grounding systems for industrial
plants including component selection, layout, wiring and installation
details.
7. Perform quality assurance and quality control in accordance with
local and international codes and standards.
14. Planning Engineer - ref. PE1
1. Minimum 10 years experience in Petrochemical, Fertilizers, or
Refineries.
2. Primavera Project Planning (P3)

BE in Instrumentation with 06 years of exp. as maintenance
engineer & 02 years as Instrument planner in Oil & Gas /
Petrochemical plants.? Possess basic supervisory skills and must
be familiar with turnaround planning. Hands-on exp. in computer
applications like Primavera, MS project, SAP R/3 is must. Age limit:
48years
16. MECHANICAL ENGINEER - ref. ME3
No of positions required: 1
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
with 6-8 years of project management ?experience.? Knowledge of
mechanical engineering, materials and building techniques. Hands-on
experience of ERP implementation systems like SAP/R-3 or RAMIS.
Safety principles, practices and applicable laws. Computer applications
related to the work and basic supervisory skills.
