**** EXECUTIVE CHEF

Executive chef required in Saudi Arabia. Direct the food preparation, production and control for all food outlets and banquet facilities with in the hotel. This role is responsible for enhancing the food product that is presented to guests, making changes to respond to market place and guest needs, and recommending changes in food product as a result of market research. Part of a large hotel groups with different brands. Excellent package available.

**** Sales & Marketing Director

Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, the incumbent will oversee the Sales and Marketing department. In addition, he/she will prepare and implement the Hotel annual marketing and sales strategy which incorporates relationship marketing management, overseeing the advertising and promotion, conducting market research and direct sales for companies, wholesalers, local agents and airlines activities.
Job Requirements
• Tertiary education in Marketing, Hotel Management, Tourism or its equivalent
• Minimum 10 years in a senior sales role and a minimum of 3 years heading the Sales & Marketing department
• Proven track record of marketing and sales achievements in the Hospitality Industry
• Possess excellent presentation, networking, interpersonal, communication, conceptual and analytical skills
• Candidate with the experience of opening of 5 star new hotels in the Middle East is preferred.

***** General Manager

The General Manager of this 5 star hotel will direct the overall operation of the hotel to maximise performance, profitability and return on investment by creating a positive and productive work environment and ensuring superior guest service and compliance with quality and operational standards. The role reports directly to the Area General Manager or Director of Operations and supervises the Hotel Executive Committee Members and Department Heads.
Develops financial, operational and business plans which support the overall objectives of the Hotel
Develops and implementation of marketing plans to maximise revenue generation
Maximises food and beverage revenues in the Food and Beverage outlets
Establishes and maintains a pro-active human resources function
Fosters the development of a positive work environment for all employees
Champions the brands at all times and provides brand perspective site tours
Ensures that product quality and service standards are met an all areas of the Hotel

***** Financial Controller - Saudi Arabia & South Africa

This position is responsible for the planning, direction and management of the financial information of a large 5 star hotel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the oversight and direction of the preparation of the annual plan and monthly forecasts, recommendations to management financial direction and goal setting, preparation of annual reports, compliance to Federal, State, Local and Company guidelines in regard to all financial record keeping and transaction. Responsible for the selection, hiring and development of staff members. Working closely with the General Manager to ensure overall profitability of the hotel.

Reporting to the Area General Manager, you will be responsible for establishing this function, stream-lining the process whilst maximising revenue of 4 hotels.
Your main responsibilities will be to set in place integrated solutions to enable the hotel to leverage their global profitability via Revenue Management practices, focusing on revenue engineering at all profit centres in each hotel, to set in place benchmarking and monitoring mechanisms at the hotels that will permit the constant tracking of financial results through the course of the year, and proactively permit the identification of need and opportunity areas, to set in close conjunction with the General Managers at the hotels, annual financial targets resulting from Revenue Enhancement for the hotel,
t o set, in close conjunction with the General Managers, an annual operating budget for the Revenue Management department, including Reservations and Front Office departments, which will form part of the hotel's annual business plan and to analyze the current revenue generation trends of each hotel, in order to identify critical areas for Revenue Enhancement. Ideally you should have an experience of 5 years in a similar role (regional or cluster) within a five star hotel environment and well versed in Fidelio, Opera and MS Office suite. Excellent in written and spoken English is also required. Arabic would be a bonus.
